All you need is a free account on our website. Both professional users (auto body shops, PDR technicians, detailers) and hobbyists are welcome to register. Please note that some products are reserved for professional members — simply indicate your profession during registration to unlock full access.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website or check the status directly under "My Orders" in your account.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. For defective or incorrectly sent items, return shipping costs are covered by us.
